Ok, so I am totally not diregarding my progress so far I have done great I am up to running up to and over 30 miles per week but, My damn legs I must say Just don't wanna shrink. I have been exercising since I started weights, walking now all out running addict 5 days per week. My longes run to date is 14 miles. WHy the heck won't my legs shrink. I looked back to January and my legs have only gone down 2 freaken inches what the heck is up with that. Is there any hope that they will go down like the rest of me. I do't wanna have the perfect upper body and Be huge on the bottom foreve. My measurments are 37,30.5,46 HOOLY crap how dispraportional. I guess it's a far cray from when I started but, I still ahve a long ways to go. I thik what's most frusturating is I know there is a beautiful strong muscular leg under all the legs fat. ARGGGGG!!
