  • Kevin Trudeau's Book

I've just recently seen a few pages of his book about natural cures. His section on weight loss is rather.....well....."interesting". Raw everything pretty much.

What are your thoughts if you've seen it?

I haven't seen it, but there is a sector of raw enthusiasts. I've read some blogs/journals several years ago just to gain some insight, but nothing of personal interest to me. If I had hit on that in my teen years it might have briefly appealed to me just on it's seemingly radical 'fresh' take, except for the lack of meats.

I don't really trust anyone who's an expert in *everything*... He had a memory program, enzymes, and now a raw diet? I'm sure there are others, but those were just the infomercials I stopped to watch.

I've no doubt that there is some truth to what he says, but I sincerely doubt there is any one solution that works for every single human being. We're all just too different.

The raw foods movement is an interesting trend in the vegetarian world. They have some interesting ideas about enzyme activity and other things.

LOL. Please don't listen to Kevin Trudeau! He is what they call down here, "in the snake oil business"! He has even peddled Atkins video/books for a year or two! Kevin has preached just about everything coming down the pike, even collector coins! He is just an entrepenuer who is out to make a buck. He hs his own things going, like the memory thing but what he basically does and how he makes money now is people hire him to do these infomercials and to hawk their products whether he believes in them or not; his job is to make US believe. He is just a man trying to make millions! lol

            Re: Kevin Trudeau's Book

I've read the book. He's definitely not to be trusted, BUT, I see nothing wrong with eating a high raw diet, and everything organic. One of his ideas (stolen from Jack Lalane) is "if man made it, don't eat it". I think that's good advice.
