Howdy!
As of today, two months later since July 28th, I have lost 17 pounds and 18 inches (probably more inches but I didn't start keeping track until mid-Aug...anyways). I find myself getting all giddy putting on clothes because I know they're getting too big. Woo hoo!
Eating....I have gone through the first 3 rungs of OWL, and have recently (like 3 days ago) began a fresh start with Induction because I'm tired of being a slow loser with OWL; yep, I like food too, but at the moment I'll trade in my nuts for pounds, thank you.
Exercise....this has turned into something I like to do. Shhh...don't tell anyone or I'll deny it!
Between swimming, walking, playing soccer with the girls, playing basketball, doing Turbo Jam, and running around campus here at school, I have found I not only sleep better at night, but all of these things have contributed to the inches lost.
Life...Stress. That's all I can say right now.
Thanks to all of you who've been a great asset to this board and to being great supporters with this WOE!
Looking forward to month number 3---oh, it's going to be a challenging one
