  • Anyone use a rotisserie for cooking?

    Hey friends....

I love my GF grill and use it 3-4 times a week...

I was wondering if anyone had a GF rotisserie--or a
rotisserie of any kind that they used on a regular
    basis and loved.

The holidays are coming soon and I thought I
might ask for one-if I thought I would use it.

(because of this forum I bought myself a Cuisinart
egg cooker--and I love it --make fresh deviled eggs
    almost every day for snacks!)

I like my GF grill too.

    I haven't purchased a rotissiere though.

I have one on my grill (outside). It's AWESOME!!! We've done all sorts of meats-chickens, roasts, briskets and even prime rib. Can't believe how we lived without it.

I also use my rotisserie a lot.
We often buy ready roasted chicken from the supermarket and put that on the spit for about 30 minutes or so. It tastes so moist with really crispy skin - good thing I have just had dinner or I would be drooling just thinking about it

I have the Ronco Showtime rotisserie and love it. It is the set it and forget it infomercial that is on TV. It works great and the meats stay moist. You can make your own marinades that are Atkins friendly for them too.
