The board goes out for hours and you get really cranky.

You say "LOL" when you're talking to people off of the computer.

Your neighbor has a dog named "Cleo" and everytime they call their dog, you're looking over the fence, because you're sure she's yelling for you.

You have to check the board at 1am after you run to the bathroom...just to make sure it's still here

You have missed your favorite tv program because you were too busy posting to your buddies at the board

You don't keep a diary anymore. You have a journal.

You refer to people on the board by names like "wannabethintoo" when you're talking to people on the street, and you don't know why they look at you funny.

You carry around induction-friendly print-outs Tammy made from the board and leave them for people, hoping to make believers out of them, too.

You read something in a magazine and your first thought is, "I've got to share this with people at the board!"

You've ever let your spaghetti pot go dry when boiling water because you forgot you were cooking dinner.

You haven't answered the phone right away because you were in the middle of posting a thought at ADBB.

You've posted naked at the board before. Just because you could.

When you're out running and you immediately start thinking of all your friends on the Cool Running thread (and how they encourage and inspire you!!) and that's what drives you on!!

God's messing with me. We had a power surge a little bit ago and I reset the router and I still couldn't get online. Text messaged my husband...he calls...I tell him "I reset the router." he says "What about the modem?" D'oh!!!!!

~when you complete your exercise for the day and need to log it in, but you're not anywhere near a computer you can use and you don't dare ask the guy behind the counter at the swimming pool if you could use his.

Ack! I hyperventilated! j/k.

It happened again!! But this time I didn't have to reset the modem/router I just yelled a very loud swear word. lol!

Let's see...you also know you're addicted to ADBB when your husband asks you questions about how certain members are doing and he's not even a member of the board!
