ONEDERLAND is one pound away I am sooo excited I weighed myself and I weigh 200 LBS this morning and I have lost a total of 85 pounds now HOW EXCELLENT. I am sooo Proud and Just wanted to tell you al where I'm at. Maybe I'll be there by tomorrow Never know. I am sooo excited I have waited a long time for this it's almost my 11 month anniversary. YAY

That is SO great! You are truly an inspiration. I think about you often because to look at your before pic and see how far you have come is amazing! And to top it off, you can run for miles!!!! I am in awe.....

Thank you soooo much for your kind words. I look back to where I was and sometimes I cry sometimes I wonder where I would be have I not decided to follow Atkins through this time. I also wonder How I did it But I did and that's all that matters.

Sarah, I can't think of anyone who deserves onederland as much as you. Girlfriend, you are simply #1 in my book. You work yourself HARD and you have earned every one of those 85 pounds lost. Think of it!! 85 pounds in 11 months!!! That is spectacular!!!
