hi im debbie im quite new to this i was expecting 4lb a week loss but instead iv been losing 1lb a day!! i have sugar free jelly 0.2carbs half portion and 2tablespoons or cream for breakfast lol dinner i have 1chicken portion with 2tbs mayo with lettuce cucumber and tomato dinner i have 2eggs 2bacon and i snack on decaf coffe with 1tsp cream and ham or turkey wafer thin slices i drink 5pt water a day and multi vit if i carry on eating the same is it likely the rate of weight loss will stay the same or do you think it will slow down soon! hope not!
