    11 Month Atkins Anniversary WOOOHOO!!

    So, it's 11 months today WOW, I was busy typing messages then I looked at the date Holly cow another month already WOW. It's hard to belive I look back and I think WOW the time flew by. I ahve lost 87 pounds I have changed my life forever and I AM CHEAT FREE. Can you stay STOKED about that. How exciting to know in another 30 days I will ahve been on this adventure for 1 entire year. WOW. I am proud of myself what a great accomplishment. I ahve come a long way from where I started. I have learned a lot about myself, I have become someone I never dreamed of becomming. And it's all happened cause of ME!!! YAY.

    If you want it bad enough you can and will get it.

              Well done!!

              You are awsome, an real inspiration! Watching your progress was one of the motivating factors to get me off the couch and exercising so i'll take this opportunity to say THANKS!!
