    Scales Recommendations?

    hello

first posting here - seriously plateauing (i think!! see below).

i started four weeks ago (still on induction) at 15st 4lbs, and am now around 14st 4lb. i got on the scales today and was apparently the same weight as last week! i'd only lost a pound the previous week too... anyway i want to get a new, good but not too expensive scales. any recommendations?

    many thanks

IMO, you can't beat a Tanita scale. I paid roughly about 40 dollars for mine.

    Oh and Welcome to !!

I've read some positive things about Tanita scales, too.

I'd say that maybe it's time to ignore the scales for awhile and do your own thing. Scale numbers can be arbitrary and don't take into account how much muscle is holding water, how much muscle you're building and fat-to-muscle ratios.

You are definitely not on a plateau! This is normal, to have pauses in your weight loss and a plateau/stall is if you haven't had any change in weight or inches lost in a month or so.
Give this a read, it may help you feel better!
