What a great 27th B-day(two weeks away) present to myself. When I started this WOL/WOE in March I was a tight size 16. I am now a comfy no need to sheild your childrens eyes size 8. I have been really concentrating on my exercise and the upcoming half marathon so that I don't obsess so much about the scale or inches. In doing so the pound and inches are taking care of themselves. I just want to say keep working on it, don't give up and before you know it things will start to happen. Everything worth having is worth working hard for. Thanks for your contiued support and inspriation.

I am working on the pics. I promised my "cool runnings" thread pals to have pics in my race day outfit. The hardest part is finding before pictures. I was a pretty darn good camera dodger when I was heavier.--I'll get it together and post them soon. Promise.Comment

Yup I'm waiting Patiently as well. What a great accomplishment you are a true inspiration and a real role model of what exercise can do for you when you are following ATKINS Girl YOU ROCK ON. I am sooooo amazed by you and Just look up to you every single day.

Congrats Texwife! You are the kind of Atkineer that I wish I was. You've become so accustomed to your new WOL that you're just doing it, and not doing it just so you can see the numbers on the scale go down. Too often, we find that's our only motivation, and that well can run dry pretty quickly!

I don't think I've ever been a size 8. I think I went right from girls sizes to a 10 and then the numbers just kept getting higher!Cheryl
