I'm not incredibly overweight, but I'm definitely resting above where I need to be to feel good about my body. I've restarted this diet so many times, losing/regaining the same 5 pounds so many times I'm wondering if I'm past the point of no return. I am hopeful, however, and plan on making my goal of 128 pounds by New Years.
