    I vaguely recall reading something about women being at the higher end of the acceptable weight has something to do with lower rates of osteoporosis or something... doesn't mean they can be over weight.. just that there's something I've read about health problems that are fewer in older ladies that aren't really skinny....

    I can't remember...

    my German aunt says it smooths out the wrinkles and makes us look younger.. lol... I'm going with that..

      oh.. and I left out the part where the 'medical recommendation ' can go as low as 111... don't think I'll see that one again..

      I'd be happy to get back in the 130's though..
