            I picked my first one up the last time I was in Germany, I went on a cruise up the Rhine. Its a limited addition one. The others I have picked up in second hand shops and other little places in England.

                  Well, I went to Marks and Spenser Richt, and yes, I can get ito their 36 in waist flat fronted trousers.

                  For our friends in the US of A: M & S is a very big clothing retailer in UK. Their sizing is generous, so the trousers were probably 37 inch.

                  But It was a good boost to morale.

                  I didn't buy - I want some cords for the winter, and they didn't have just the right thing.

                  My last winter cords were 40s - I thought they might taylor down, but no. I would end up raggy arsed!

                  Got to go - time for a bike ride while the sun shines. I'm making the most of half term.

                    Good for you Labarum, I'm glad to hear that you can get into the 36 inchers. Here is to the 34's that are just around the corner.

                        When I went from a 38 to a 36 I thought I wouldnt be able to get any lower.

                        When I went from a 36 to a 34 I thought that would be it.

                        I never even dreamt that I would be able to get into 32's.

                        Who knows about the 30's!
