Can you download things you've entered into Fitday online to Fitday PC? I've been using Fitday for a while and am considering purchasing Fitday PC, but would be sad to lose all of my history!

Re: Fitday PC Question
Not as far as I know
I spent some time when I got the PC fitday in having both applications open and copying the info of all my custom foods and my weight change dates from the online version onto my laptop.Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

Re: Fitday PC Question
I like the way that you can enter a recipe by dragging the ingredients onto the page and letting it do all the adding up!!
Also it seems to me that you can enter many more favourites and custom foods, and look back on previous days entries quickly to enter stuff you had a few days or weeks ago and dont want to do a search for.Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
