LOL cleo are you going to film school too in your spare time?

The biggest thing I wish I had know was that Atkins worked for real even eating the foods in unlimited amounts as long as you stopped when you were not hungry any more. I learned after 14 days of eating like that that WOW it did work and poof I nolonger a 300+ pounder was.

I wish i had known about the joys of flax seed meal when I started.

that you don't have to be doing something wrong with your Atkins WOL to have a stall and if you just ride it out patiently continuing to do the things that you were doing to lose weight the day before the scale stopped moving it will again start moving.

Stop it Cleo, your getting me addicted to making these dumb movies. I might even get good at it someday with more practice. LOLOL

I wish I had known that exercise would feel so good. I spent over 40 years avoiding it. Now, I can't live without exercise every day.

I wish I had known that I was not alone in how I felt about my weight. I have always thought I was just destined to be fat. It feels so good to be in control.

Had I known that there was a WOE out there that I could do without feeling miserable and hungry...I would have done Atkins many many years ago!!

I have learned so much about myself through doing Atkins. I never took the time before the past year and half to take care of myself and look after my own needs...I was too busy taking care of others. It is great to take time for me and not feel so self-conscious.

Someone is going to have to take those videos away.

Is the guy in the last frame supposed to be Andy Dick, Cleo?

Cleo, you are amazing woman! Is there no end to your talents? You just keep coming up with more initiatives all the time. What a great way to make your great points.

I wish I would've known that I would've enjoyed exercising so much that it has become a habit for me! Also, that my cravings would be diminished, and I could be as motivated as I am, and that I could lose 80 lbs in 9 months, without many obstacles standing in the way!

                  To all,

I wish I had known that there is a way for people like me to lose weight that does not make me miserable and miserable to be around.

I wish my parents had taught me proper eating habits as a child (I am NOT blaming them at all, but they eat like I used to still). I hope to teach my future children there are more veggies than potatoes and corn.

I wish I had done this when I was younger and had fewer responsibilities so I could have focused on my goals more. With work and family it is hard to juggle it all.

I wish I had known this board existed on day 1 of induction. I was so lucky to find it by accident.

I just love the people here! I think everyone is so helpful and open. It is kinda sad that I would rather talk on here than talk on the phone to my skinny sister (total low-fat advocate).

                  Love ya' all!

Cleo and Dream- you two are great! The poor girl in Cleo's last clip looks like she's been living on the street way too long!

I wish I would have known I was going to be successful this time. I would have taken before measurements and pictures. I took some naked pictures for myself to see, but deleted them because I didn't want anyone else to see them by mistake. Now I wish I had them to compare. Sorry if that was tmi.

haha Momtofour! I also have before pictures that are really too graphic to share. I wish I had taken a full series of front, side & back (clothed, of course).

Great movie and great question Cleo!!

I wish I had known the difference measuring and weighing eveything would make,

I wish I had known about this site when I first started - every time I come here I am filled with renewed inspiration that makes me want to go and kick some more fat off my butt - you guys all rock!

I wish I had taken proper measurments and photos to track my progress - I only took very basic measurments and I don't think that was enough - even though I know I have done well, I'll never know quite how well!!

Mini goal - register on the scales (the ones my trainer uses only go up to 300!)
                          F / 31
One second, one minute, one hour at a time, this woe is making me healthier!

What can I say Cleo, accept you rock yo!

I wish I would have known what I know now 20 years ago. It would have saved me a lot of pain.

I wish I would have known what a rush it is being in good physical condition and being an exercise addict. I would have done this years ago.
