  • A Question View at your Own Risk

I have a question, what does it mean if your urine has some bubbles in it? The last few days I've noticed some white bubbles in my urine.... could it be fat coming out of my system?

    Thanks!

Re: A Question View at your Own Risk

yahoooooooooooo that's coool to know! I'm going to weight myself tonight, have to take my older son for a checkup to the ENT and last time I weighed myself was at the hospital last Thursday when we were there, so I'm going to sneak onto their scale and weigh myself! Its 6:40 pm now, so I'll be weighing myself in about 2 hours time or so! I can't wait!

Also today I was wearing this bright blue tank top with a nice sheer blue blouse to work, and the tank top is made from this very rigid material which does NOT stretch and when I bought it in Jordan this summer it was snug on me and when I had to sit down, I would have to move the tank top up a bit so the bottom part of the tanktop was around my upper abs, and all the while making sure the shirt didn't ride up too far while sitting down....

      AND

when I went to put it on today for work, it was NOT tight! I was so excited. I told hubby about that fact and he was happy too...

Its those little things that you notice that really make this WOE worth every bit of effort!

I'm in Ketosis, I'm in Ketosis, lalalalalalalala

You are doing so wonderfully, Diva! I know that in no time we're going to have to load your pockets with rocks so you don't blow away in a breeze.

For me it means it's time to stop drinking beer.

I want me some dragon breath!

            Cleo,

I think I am going to have to buy some of the strips cause I don't think I am ever in ketosis. I drink over a gallon of water a day so I am hoping that is what is keeping the "dragon breath" away, but otherwise I really want some dragon breath so I will know I am a fat burning machine. So not fair cause my husband stinks like a dragon now all the time!

I've never really looked to see if there are bubbles, but I will be now! It is nice that there are signs like that, kinda motivational
