      Yes, I totally agree with you when you want it bad enough there are no excuses I have made it trough 1 year of everything all the holidays all the birthdays my 1 year Atkins Anniversary is November 6th and I'm down 92 POUNDS now you can't tell me CHEAT FREE doesn't work!!

                Congrats Erik on your losses! I won't call you an "uber hottie" (nor do I think you want or need a guy to do that), but you are a successful loser through some non-losing stressful times. Great job!
