  • Supplements??

    I know this thread has been done like a bazillion times before but what supplements are you all taking while on this WOE??

    I have been feeling so lethargic and sick a bit the past day now, and its kind of scaring me. I think it might be because I was not taking any kind of supplements since I restarted this WOE almost 2 weeks ago....

    Could this be the reason for not feeling well?

              L-carnitine
              Borage oil
              CLA
              acidophilus
              apple cider vinegar tabs
              oil of oregano
              B-6
              CoQ10
              garlic

              YOu can tell me to go read for myself if you want , or to get off my lazy you-know-what and read !

                          Apple Cider Vinegar Complete (GMC)--2 tabs
                          Acidophilus Plus-- 1
                          Acetyl L-Carnitine, 250 mg--1
                          CoQ10-- 200 mg, 1
                          CLA--500 mg, says take 6..yeah right! I take 2 so far
                          Vitamin 6-- 500 mg-- 1
                          Garlic--1200 mg--1
                          B-6, 100 mg--1
                          Potassium, 99mg--1
                          Flax Fish Borage, omega 3, 6, 9--1, 3 times a day, I take it once right now

                              YOu take potassium as well as the Multi vit? Interesting... Last night I was goig to send hubby to the pharmacy to pick up some potassium and magnesium but he was concerned becaue the Centrum Multi vitamin that I bought the night before already had like 100 mg (16% of the daily need) of potassium in it...so he was telling me that I probably shouldn't take any more potassium on its own...

                              but interesting though!
