  • Yeah for me!!

I just needed to share that we went out tonight - took the kids for dinner and ice cream. I had a chicken salad, and for the first time ever, I stopped halfway through because I wasn't hungry anymore. It was so difficult, the salad was extra crispy and the chicken out of this world! I'm off to bed at the end of day 3 - no cheating, and I'm so chuffed with myself! My husband reckons he can already see a difference in my face, but I feel it's way to early, maybe he's just being nice 'cause he's so proud that I'm finally doing this. He lost 11kg on Atkins, and is now a Body for Life fanatic, I just got tired of being the fat one!

I know the sun is probably still shining in the USA, but it's 10h30pm in South Africa, I'm going to bed happy and proud of myself tonight!!

    Ninane,

Good for you. And, you know he probably can tell a difference in your face because as you cleanse the system you will be less bloated.

I think your subject line says it all. In the next few weeks you can look forward to reaping several rewards for staying on the program; which will make up, even more, for passing up the carb laden dishes and the ice cream. Believe it or not, you've passed the most difficult part of the regimen, and it just gets easier and easier as you go along.

Yes, how about a big "HOORAY" for you!
