ok, well i read somewhere this wee tip for getting over ur cravings wen ur trying to lose weight , especially if ur temptation is actually withing arms reach , rite, u jus grab ur disgusting chocolate bar etc. get naked and sit in front of a mirror, look rite at urself, and then if u still want to then well jus tuck in , but really if u r anythng like me ( i just have to visualise this image of myself) then u will jus throw the bar out the window and refocus on ur ideal body image which was not what u jus saw naked cluching a fattening bar of chocolate in the mirror, hope this very strange but strangely useful technique works for some1 xxxx

Excellent suggestion. I am trying to get healthy to have a baby so I just picture a cuddly, squishy, screaming bundle of joy, but I think the naked thing might help me more when I am tempted by chocolate or chips. You know what I miss most though, skim milk. YUMMY. I love it...

Well, that is one rung on the ladder I will enjoy getting to. The only things I really miss are skim milk, peanut butter (I like the natural kind anyway) and berries. The rest I can do without forever.
