  • Help!!!

    i really dont know what else to do i just cant get into the flow of things....i just can't for some reason push myself anymore. i dont know what it is? i dont know what else to do? i'm frasturated with myself...cause before i dodnt need any help doing this. i used to be soooo good at going to work out everyday it was like a religon for me. i went to the gym everyday for half and hour, watch what i ate, and was full of energy. what can i do? please help someone!!! i'm getting so depressed with myself cause not matter how much i push..it seems like nothing works anymore . i keeping thinkg to myself Gwendy you need to do this for you and just keeping thinkg how your going to look and feel about yourself...but nothing . HELP PLEASE!!!

    What is it you're having the most trouble with? Staying on plan? Working out? Drinking your water? What?

    Take it one day at a time. Make small goals for yourself .. i.e. record everything you eat into fitday.com, work out at least 30 minutes a day, drink 1/2 your weight in ounces of water, etc. Do that for one week, then two...

    YOU CAN DO IT!

      Give yourself a few weeks, you'll start feeling better.

        what are you rewarding yourself with for going to the gym all the time? something really really good? or just another day done and anotherday to look forward to tomorrow? Do you have mini goals? i know I really wanted to sit at the drink bar and try one of the whey protein fancy drinks they severd even had a low carb one so I told my slef when i could do 10 chin ups without using the power assist at more then 1/2 my body weight I would and thewn when I could I did. I didn't even like the drink but it was something I really really wanted so I made it the reward. used new gym shirt as the rewaed for doing it with no assist. I'm now the pround owner of a gymshirt. I use the 29 and holding tshirt from the track club as my motivation for doing my miles cause I really want one for a 5K. At first I wanted a 30 something shirt and I proudly earned it but now my sites are on that 29 and holding shirt.

        So find something you really really want and use it as your reward.
