    Is this normal? This is day 12 and I'm just now barely starting to lose a little bit of my appetite and not want to eat so much.

    There's not any set day that your appetite lessens...so for you, if it happens on day 12, then it's normal for you. It took me a while to notice it, but I was pretty emotionally wrapped up in my food, and I wasn't very in tune with my body when it came to reading hunger signals. I was probably into my second month before my "I'm on a diet, so that must mean I'll be deprived!!" feelings and and my "I am allowed to eat if I am hungry" feelings made peace and I realized that a few days had gone by without me having an evening snack.

      It all depends on your body. I still have an appetite, but I have changed it so the appetite is satisfied with legal food. I don't eat nearly as much or as often as before though.

        Oh, it's sooo normal you're doing sooo great I still ahve weeks where I feel like my appetite is soo huge and I'm starving but, I guess maybe your body just needed to eat more to start with. I'm soo glad that you have that feeling of your hunger being gone but, be sure to try and eat something every 4 hours to keep your metabolism reved. I eat every 3 hours cause of my exercise and it helps me to feel energized thoughout the day.
