This is Jen~ I think the smaller Erik is just wonderful! I am so proud of him. Even though he is shedding the pounds he is the same amazing Erik on the inside. I know it is such a challenge and he is showing his true character by sticking to the Atkins diet. It is very hard for me to sit down to dinner and eat things that I know he loves but cannot have....but he always says...don't worry about it just eat what you guys normally eat. God love him! As for the boys, they really don't have a clue and continually offer him butterfingers and reese cups! He just grins and says "No Thank You." What discipline!!! He is doing great and I am super duper way proud of him!!!!!!

That is soooo great Erik! I think each one of us has our own unique milestones that are significant to us personally, such as your 210 one. All the more reasons to celebrate! And don't feel shy about celebrating these unique milestones, because in the end they all motivate us even more to keep losing! Way to go!

Good job Erik and congrats on the loss. You know what being less than 10 pounds to goal means, don't you? Start making plans to move on to pre-maintenance phase pretty darn quick. You've mastered it up to this point, so now the WOE throws you a new challenge to learn.
