It's great that Tom has wound up this forum again. It did a lot for me when it was running nicely.

Perhaps members would just post an "I'm here" in this Topic so we can see the community reassemble.

A simple roll call could be really useful.

Atkins makes exercise mandatory - I took up cycling - see last pics at 203lb.
