Hi everyone this is my first post so be gentle..I wondering how much weight you can lose per week without having loose skin problems. I am dropping weight at about 2 pounds per week by only lifting weights but I could up it by doing more cardio. Any Ideas on this? Thanks

Honestly loose skin is gonna depend on how much you have to loose, your shape, how tall etc, how old you are. I know that alot of us have loose skin from just loosing. I have noticed that my skin is beginning to shrink back. I'd say go for some cardio...give it a try!
