    Hi everyone =)

    Just needed some good dessert ideas so thought I'd ask what you guys eat for dessert when you want something "sweet."

    I used to have some low-carb iced cream, but now I'm trying to eat as natural as possible...so any suggestions that are all-natural (not processed, only real food) would be great.

    what level are you on? OLW has wonderful sweets in the different rungs. you can have nutbutter "fudge" berries, other fruits.

    in induction you can have cream cheese by itself or with one of your sweetners. you can make Not2lates cream and cocoa powder concoction.

    Just remember desserts and sweets are an occaisonal treat not an everyday event.

      Heavy cream whipped up with a dash of cocoa is my treat!

        It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!




        I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

          Strawberries and whipped cream for me, sometimes I'll throw on some low carb cereal for some crunchy goodness. Sometimes blackberries of blueberries too.

            I am in OWL now and my favourite dessert once I got to the 'other fruit' rung is half a pear cooked in the microwave with some plain greek yogurt - YUM.

            but when I was on induction it was chopped celery with mayonnaise and a few cherry tomatoes - tasted sweet to me!!
            Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
