  • Ringing in the ears?

    Hi guys!

This maybe totally unrelated but I thought I'd ask the question anyway. So this is day 9 of my "not so induction" phase as someone accurately described here. I eat around 28 carbs/day and I include nuts and caffeine.

Since I woke up today I am feeling this strange muted sound in my ears like that caused by water pressure. Sort of like when water gets in your ear while showering or snorkeling. I was wondering if it is blood pressure related, but haven't had the means to measure it. Has anyone experienced this feeling during induction before?

    Thanks!

PS. I am 28 without any history of heart or cardiovascular problems.

Sounds like an ear infection to me. I am going to PM you.

Well, I live in the Ohio Valley (prime spot for allergies) so there is ALWAYS a bit of nasal congestion that I have learned to live with; but no I don't notice any changes there.

        Thanks for the reply though!

Deb, I did get your message. Thank you very much! I will let you know how it goes.
