I only have about 21 lbs to lose. I was wondering if anyone else has moderate weight loss goals? I understand that the more one has to lose, the quicker the weight comes off, so it'd be nice to hear from those with not-quite-so-much to lose.

Don't worry about the overeating part, I too was an overeater, a grazer more likely. I always thought I was hungry and was always looking for something to eat, not anymore. I am never hungry anymore. In fact, I have to remind my self to eat every six hours though I am usually not hungry. Don't know how it works, it's magic! Welcome aboard!!
