  • This is the most wonderfullest diet in the world...

    I know the word wonderfullest isn't a word but hey it's a diet and I am full all the time............anyways to the point why I'm happy......I weighed myself today...................drum roll please..........................I went from 315 to ......................297...................... (it will be 2 weeks on sat. 19) I am and was so happy I almost started crying I have not been under 300 since I was 16 and that's 5 years ago............................................... ............ I'm really happy.... THANKS for all your support and continued support..

      Steve...Congratulations. I'm so happy for you. You've done great. This is the best life-style plan in the world. I no longer look at it as a diet, because It I've always failed at diets and planned when I'd quit a diet. This is a WOE that I plan to live the rest of my days. Keep going, it only gets better. I've never felt so alive and happy in my entire life.

        Nope, I can confirm that Wonderfullness is a real word.

        Well it is in my little world anyway.

            Those are killer numbers! It only gets better from here too, it's the only way to eat. Wait till you hit goal!

              What I love about this diet is the early results. The early success motivates you to continue and to succeed. I have found no other plan that give that.

                      Just rememebr you are only visiting the high end area for twoterville so don't get to comfy up there. the lower side is so much nicer.

                        Great job so far! You're doing great. You're right that this is the most wonderfullest diet, and one of the reasons is how it makes me feel so much better than I used to feel when I was eatin carbs. It's a great WOL. Keep up the good work and you'll be feelin like this every days!!

                              Congrats Steve on the impressive two week totals!! To paraphrase Fear Factor, "clearly Induction was not a problem for you." Keep the lessons you learned during the first 14 days, and now start building on them. Where are you going from here? Extended Induction or are you going to progressing through the OWL rungs?
