Ive been asked today about what happens if a person is stirctly adhering to counting net carbs and that when they subtract the fiber this results in a - minus number??? e.g
25g Carbohydrate
28g Fibre
= -3 Net Carbs
How would you figure this into your daily amount???
My initial thoughts would be to just subtract 3g from the daily total, am I right??
