    Is this acceptable?

When I am starving I go to mexican villa a little restauraunt with my husband, and I order a taco salad, it comes with chips but I dont eat the chips. All it contains is iceberg lettuce, tomatoes , white american cheese shredded on top and ground beef. This is okay right? It takes my hunger away because it is so filling. I hope that this is okay to eat, I ate it for lunch. Please respond. They do have this spicy sauce on the table that I put a few drops on it is so hot that I can only put like 3 or 4 drops. Thanks for reading.

if the groundbeef has no seasoning you should be fine as long as you know how much lettuce and tomato you are eating.

You already ate it, so don't worry about it! One meal never made anyone obese.

yep if the ground beef doesn't have any sugar in the seasoning you can have it. Call them and ask.
