Take the fresh vegetable tray or the meat and cheese tray.

It's pretty simple: eat before you go so you aren't starving when you get there, and you can take your time picking and choosing what you want to eat.

Generally, at most potlucks or buffets, there's usually a caesar or green salad, olives, pickles or some sort of veggie, cheese or meat tray.
I've never had trouble going to big dinners like that...there's always a variety of things to choose from.
Don't panic...but do eat something before you go to take the edge off.
Also, remember that the main part of going to socials like this is to be social...enjoy your friends and your friends friends...have fun!

So how did it go Sweetz?
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
