      Re: Happy Thanksgiving....

I need some help, I am late in this posting I know. I haven't been on for sometime. I don't want to blow it over Thanksgiving. I knowI can eat Turkey, but nothing else it seems. Any ideas for me please! I am growing weary of the same food over and over.

I wish everyone a very Happy Thanksgiving!

                  Happy Thanksgiving!

Remember what has been said, everybody!

Eating things not allowed on this plan is sabotaging your efforts. This is a Holiday for people and for good times, Thankfulness and being thankful. It's not about food.

Be thankful for the nourishment it gives to your body as fuel. Today's a day to go for a walk, start a new tradition of a family puzzle at the kitchen table instead of noshing all day, and instead of sitting around watching the parade, why not go outside and have your own?

                  Blessings everyone!

A Happy Thanksgiving from us on this side of the pond to those of you on that side of the pond.

                      Enjoy your Turkey.

Turkey for the British Christmas Dinner is a late arrival from the US of A.

                      Traditiionally it was Goose

                      So the poem

Christmas is coming, the goose is getting fat
