I went down a couple of pounds over Thanksgiving. Now, I have to say, that is the first time I have ever lost weight on Thanksgiving. I had turkery, asparagus in a cheese sauce, creamed spinach casserole, and sugar free jello with cranberries in it, and a pumpkin cheesecake for dessert. I was totally satisfied and even dropped weight. You gotta love this WOE.
