would you follow what you see on the packaging or what you find in fitday or the usda website?
sometimes these values differ really greatly and i don't know which to follow.
for example, my packet of ground almonds state per 100grams:
Carbohydrates
Total - 3.9 g
Fibre - 12.0 g (NOT as a sub catergory under carbs)
but on fitday and the usda website, there is WAY more carbs than this. like 19g carbs per 100g.
so which should i believe??
