    Yuppers It was Atkins always has been. I ate Beef Jerky and a egg shake LOL. NUMMY then a couple hours later had a HUGE salad

          SUrely 2BIG I feel a lot better running if the carbs aren't too high when they are up there I don't run as well as when my carbs are lower around 30-50 anything higher I feel crappy during my run. My body has adapted soo well to running long distance without having to carb load. Before I started I would have never belived it possible now I read about people carb loading and running and it makes me WINCE.

              It is in 25 Days I will get it on the 18th Because of Christmas and Everything. I do belive that the needing the apple was DUE to missing my B12 shot OOPS. MY FAULT the time just went by soo fast and I forgot Silly I know. I WILL NEVER FORGET AGAIN. Now I know how Horrid I feel even with it only being like 6 days late I thought it was 4 but it was almost 1 week. SHEESH.

              I felt a huge difference didn't feel sick at all and didn't need the apple I feel FAB YAY ME. It was the week before my Shot that I was feeling sick Go figure. Darn ANEMIA oh, well I leasrned something and I am sure you will remind me on the 17th to get my shot cause I went kinda Briserk LOL.

                  Just a question is there B12 in apples maybe that's why I craved them HMMM and why they made me feel better after.
