We don't have room for a computer at home right now , so I always read board messages at work. I make sure I'm at my desk early so I can take my time to read anything I want.
But all pictures and image galleries are blocked on the server. Last Friday , I was at my partents' house and I took a look at the before and after forum.
All I can say is Oh my God!!!!!!!!! You people all look amazing!
I can't imagine a better proof that Atkins is both efficient and healthy.
Untill a while ago , I still doubted if Atkins is for me , but when I look at your pictures , I KNOW Atkins is the right thing to do.
Now , if I ever get tempted to go off the diet I just have to think about what you all accomplished , and there is no way I will go near a piece of candy or whatever carbs I can think off!
