Crystal Light "On the go" packs!!

I keep them in my purse, in the car and in my daughters "spare clothes" bag... so that whenever I am out somewhere and get thirsty for something other than water, I can simply add a packet of Crystal Light and VOILA! I have tasty lemonade!! (they have other flavors as well)

It's very VERY handy when you go to theme parks or to the zoo or something... I know there are plenty of people out there that have problems with drinking water, this is a possible solution??

But of course, a big glass of ice water is sometimes the best tasting beverage when you are hot and thirsty! (I live in Florida, and if you go outside AT ALL - you get hot and thirst very quickly!)

That's a good idea, but water is better (as you mentioned).

Aspartame is not allowed on Atkins due to the stalling it causes in roughly 25% of users, and for the possible blood sugar spikes and cravings is causes in others.

And Splenda is only allowed in 3 servings per day.

The crystal lite that is premade and sold in bottles is the only one made with Splenda, like Cleo said, you need to try to stay away from aspartame.

Okey dokey! I'm glad I brought it up! I was under the impression that this was A-okay! The "to go" packs weren't available when I did atkins the last time - and I just recall that Crystal lite was okay. Didn't occur to me that they'd change it in any way!
