Since I've told people I'm doing the ATkins WOE, I continuall get the commens along the lkines of "but it's so high fat". Huh? I'M not eating high fat. My breakfast bacon is grilled. My eggs or whatever are cooked in a pan with a light spray of olive oil. My lunch/dinner meats are cooked on a griddle with, again, as light a spraay of olive oil as I can get away with. I steam or stir fry my veggies. I do have cream in my coffee, but 300ml (1/2 pint) lasts me a week.
