Well, I'm flying tomorrow morning on a business trip to Toronto for 4 days. I'm already planning on what legal snacks I can take with me, and of course my exercise dvd. I'll be in hotel 1 night, and they have an exercise room, so that's 1 night taken care of, the other 2 nights, I'm staying with friends, so the dvd will come in handy. I'm really excited, as none of my friends in Toronto have seen me in 2 years, and they have no idea of all the weight I have lost! Most of these friends I have known from the ole days growing up in Montreal, over 28 years ago. Can hardly wait to see their faces when they see me! Any Atkins pals out in Toronto????

I'm also going to Toronto, but on sun.. visiting friends and family! That would be funny if we bumped into eachother at the airport...
