Hello all, my name is sami and i recently started visiting this forum. I must say I am getting great feedback here! Thanks a lot to everyone. Ummm.... i have ordered the atkins book from amazon but unfortuantely it is going to take a week for delivery. In the mean time I wanted to get an idea from everyone if what I am eating so far comes under the diet..
morning: 2 fried eggs.
lunch: lettuce, carrots, 1 tbsp salad dressing, 2 peices (( leg + back ) x 2) of chicken baked in the oven with spices and Ragu tomato sauce.
dinner: lettuce, carrots, 1 tbsp salad dressing, 3 peices ((leg +back) x 2) of chicken fried in deep fryer with ( i first had my mom marinate it with spices, vinegar, and lemon juice)
please let me know if i am on track so far.
I also had one more question: I dont know if this website is canadian or american, but i am in canada and here we have swiss chalet (dunno if they have it in USA or if it is an american brand itslef) They have rotisseri chicken. I was wondering if that is good for this diet. I read on their website and it said that each breast piece has 0 carbs if it is skinless and 1g carb if it has skin. it would be great if i would be able to eat rotisseri chicken.
any advice on anything i am doing wrong thus far?
thankyou very much,
regards,
sami
