Well I made it back from a 4 day business/pleasure trip to Toronto and I'm thrilled to say that I even lost 1/2 lb during that time. Was able to workout 3 out of the 4 days, and stayed right on plan the whole time. Considering that most of the meals were eaten out, I think I can honestly say that this did not pose any problems for me. Met up with friends I haven't seen in over a year, and they were shocked by my weight loss. I hadn't told any of them prior to getting there that I lost 87 lbs. One of them met us at a restaurant, and she walked right by me, not recognizing me, she screeched out loud, when she saw me, and I'm sure everyone in the restaurant turned around to look at me! All in all, it was a great experience, and everyone was so proud of me. I had a couple of my friends buying and reading DANDR, before I left. What a great feeling!!!

Re: Back Home Again!
Fantastic! Congrats on sticking to plan... and even losing while away! Your friend's reaction must've been a real ego boost... can just imagine. And what a terrific way to spread the 'Atkins' food philosophy!
You must be very proud!
