I'm not sure I fully understand your question, but you might want to read this...

If you want to up your fats you can use more butter or oil when cooking your meat and vaggies, or add butter to cooked veggies like brocolli and spinach.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

Re: hi, what are fats and protiens?

There are fats in meat, which is why when you use www.fitday.com and enter chicken, both fat and protein will be listed.
Fat is generally oil, butters, mayo, salad dressings, etc
Protein is usually (for us) meat, eggs, etc
Then there is cheese, creams etc that contain fats and proteins, olives, avocadoes are a good source of fat.
Just get the acceptable food list and stick with it and and you would be find. Try to eat as much fresh or fresh frozen veggies as you can and stay away from any junk food, even low carb junk.
