    Chris, you have my word...I will be BOASTING all over the place when you come back!! If you need any help taking care of anyone in that hospital, i'll be here!!! LOL

      Exercise doesn't have to be the obvious stuff - as long as you're doing more physically than you were it all counts. And don't let your husband being around put you off - you need to do this for YOU and for no-one else. Gentle walks around the block count as exercise and it doesn't have to be for miles and miles as long as you keep moving.


      Keep pushing yourself a little more every day. You have lost a fair bit so far - be proud of yourself and keep it going. You owe it to yourself to do this.

        How did your Monday start go?
        Are you drinking your water?
