  • finished week one of induction

    Hey all,
Just wanted to check in with my progress. I weighed this morning and have lost 8 pounds! I am thrilled. The third and fourth days were hard because I didn't have alot of energy but now I am feeling wonderful! I love what I have been eating and I have also lost an 1 1/2 around my waist! This is an incredible way of life that I am excited about adapting. I now have 14 pounds left to get to my goal. I am so excited!

thats really cool, same happening for me aswell.

im on day 8 of induction, and my weight has gone from 16st3lb to 15st9lb so have lost 8 lbs's! but i got an extra day on you :<. Ive also been cheating as i had finger chilli's every day, they must be safe? they are 1.2 carbs per 100g and make meals much more interesting.

Trendy Wendy - that's great work, well done! 8 pounds is ALOTTTTT! Good luck with week 2! Don't be discouraged if you don't keep losing that fast, it's normal and you're doing a wonderful job! You must be so proud. How 'bout some stats? Height age start weight etc? Maybe even a picture or two? I'd LOVE to see the missing 8 pounds on ya!!

That's great progress, you should be very proud of yourself! The good news is, it keeps getting better. Even in OWL when it's likely your loss with slow just a little, the way you feel is still wonderful. Congratulations!
