    HI Guys, I have been on atkins since August of 2004, I initially lost 30 lbs and was five pounds from my goal weight. Well, I have put back on 20 lbs. I am still within an acceptable weight for my size, but I don't feel good. I also have a hypothyroid which makes things a little more difficult. I know why I put on the weight, too much diet soda and peanuts, not enough water. When I worked from home I drank more than a gallon of water a day. Now it seems all I drink is diet soda. So starting today, I am going back on induction, loosing the peanuts and diet soda and going back to the basics. I just need some support. My husband used to do atkins with me, now he is back to all his old eating habits and he regained all his weight too. I will be using fitday everyday to monitor my progress and I am also going to re-read my book. Any advise I would love to hear it. But I am getting rid of the PEANUTS!!!     Welcome back Dawn. Sounds like you've already planned how to get back on plan. When I feel frustrated with my WOE, I always re-read my DANDR Make sure you add some exercise to your induction to keep you motivated. Best wishes!!

      Hi, glad you found us and posted.
      Check out the Second Time Around Club, they are very helpful and supportive even if its not your second time officially, you are returning to Inductions....
      Also, start a journal
      And for the next few days use fitday to make sure your on track.

        Thanks Becky, I have walk away the pounds with Leslie Sansone, I gave up my membership to CURVES. I didn't like it there, I would rather go to a regular gym. I will start that ASAP....Dawn

          Sounds like ya got it all figured out girl. I have Hypothyroidism too and I find I have to really watch the peanuts as well they are sooo salty and loaded with calories as well. Good call and glad you are here and realize what has happened You are gunna do Great that weight will be off in no time at all.
