How do yo ever stand it?! The smell of the chocolate would drive me N U T S! I just love the stuff and stay right away from it. I have been very strong so far. Went to one Xmas drinkies on Monday night (it's Thursday here now), and the sods had Red Rock potato crisps (my favourites) but I didn't eat any. I was so proud of myself. I have to admit I did go home and have a small oven baked spud that night for my weekly treat, but I've still lost another kg since then.

Congrats! Thats amazing progress, I find that if you can stay committed through the holidays, that you really have a great shot at doing this. I am having a really hard time as my hub unit is a chef and we are putting together a chocolate dessert buffet with chocolate fountain for Christmas this year. Its his annual dessert display. I am in chocolate H-E-l-l but have stayed strong. The 5 pound whooshie I experienced recently helped motivate me. There IS a fairy after all!
