I'm setting up my DDR (Dance Dance Revolution) tonight after i get off work!
Not only am i a terrible dancer, I have no Rythm!
Imagine my joy, I'm going to learn about Rythm and lose some weight too!
Currently my exercise comes from Curves, 3xs a week. I have only gone for past 2 weeks. Lets hope this added exercise gets me over my PISS.
