  • Cuisinart egg cooker

I received this for Christmas from my mother. I had originally seen another ADBB member who bought this and loved it.

    http://www.cooking.com/products/shpr...ubClassNo=3132

It works great. I was always having problems getting my eggs to peel. I tried every suggestion imaginable and none of the tips given me worked 100% of the time. This has solved my problem. They peel every time. I am so excited that I can make nice looking eggs. I think I'm going to take deviled eggs to our family New Years Eve party.

I just wanted to share my find.

Glad you got an "Atkins" gift from your Mother. I hope you have thanked her many times over for solving your problems and for being supportive of you in your efforts to become the healthier smaller you.

My mother is very supportive. She even made side dishes to take to 2 family get togethers that were Atkins legal. Isn't she sweet! She almost cried when she saw me on Christmas and she's not an overly emotional person. I hadn't seen her in over a month and she said that she could just see the inches melting off of me. My mother has always been smaller than me and now we are officially the same size. I still weigh more, but I will catch up to her.

I have the same egg cooker and don't know how I ever lived without one!
I make them ALL THE TIME now. Its a really neat and easy dome shaped
cooker. I got mine on e-bay for next to nothing! Greatest investment I ever made!

I don't have that exact one, but I have one that I've had for about 8-10 years now, I love it! Its about worn out though, mine only cooks 4 eggs at a time though. I need a new one like you've got. Its great for making soft boiled eggs too!

Me too - mine will boil 7 eggs at once and was really cheap at lidl supermarket (they sell them a couple of times a year so I will give the UK members a heads-up next time they are available there)
Mine is now a couple of years old and still working well.
