I'm starting to wonder if I'm allergic to something in foods I shouldnt be eating. I've been trying to be so good over Christmas, but I did slip up once or twice a day or two back. And now I feel awful! Not regretful (I mean, I am regretful for cheating, but awful as in URGH awful!). I have not felt like this the whole time I've been on Atkins which I believe is coming up to 12 weeks. I'm feeling sick like I did before I started, but I know it cant be because I ate too many illegal foods.
Could it be something in the foods I ate, like wheat or something, that I'm allergic to? It's quite a hassle to go to see my Dr when its NOT the holidays, so I want to avoid taking time off work and going there if I can, which is why I'm asking here first.
